Our Client base consists of major national and local residential developers, commercial development companies, architectural, engineering and landscape consultants, local authorities, water companies, the Ministry of Defence, the Department of Health and the estates management departments of several national companies. |

| We use the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors specification for Surveys of Land, Buildings and Utility Services at scales of 1:500 and larger - 2nd Edition, as modified by the needs and requirements of the Client or his Consultants. We always endeavour to speak to the Client prior to providing a quotation to ensure that his/her requirements are adequately covered, thus negating the need to increase costs at a later date due to an inadequate initial specification. |
